Transformers: Legend of the Microns
This is the history of the Transformers. This is a history of battles where the evil Destron army has waged against the heroic Cybertron warriors. However, the battle has changed onward due to the rise of a new type of Transfomer, known as the Microns. Fighting to protect them in hopes of liberating them is Convoy, while Megatron wages battle in the hopes of enslaving them all. As new warriors join the conflict the battle for the Microns changes into an entirely new scenario.
Middle school students Rad, Carlos and Alexis are shocked to discover the existence of large robots in their hometown. When they accidentally awaken these Transformers, an evil Destron named Megatron chases after them.
With Convoy now fighting alongside them, Rad, Carlos and Alexis battle against Megatron for control of the Micron that they discovered. Meanwhile, the Decepticon Sandstorm searches for another Mini-Con on the moon.
More Microns are found and the Cybertrons get their base set up.
The Cybertrons race to the Big Canyon to find a new Micron, but struggle with the superior numbers of the Destrons.

Another Micron is located in a forest, where the battle causes a fire to threaten the local flora and fauna.

The Destrons, intent on completing the Star Saber, invade the Cybertron base.
The Cybertrons have a solid victory thanks to the Star Saber, but then a mysterious and powerful mercenary gives the Destrons a new edge.
During a search for the latest Micron, Devastar and Hot Rod continue their rivalry on an unfinished highway. But who is the mysterious newcomer?
During a battle over a new Micron, Hot Rod and Double Face and accidentally teleported to the Destron moonbase. Will they be able to survive by depending on each other?
At another battle for a Micron panel, Megatron schemes to have the Star Saber handed to him.
Whose side is Devastar really on?
The kids' camping trip goes sour when the weather turns bad.
Devastar introduces the Cybertrons to Blurr, the Cybertron who nobody really gets along with.
With the power of the Cosmotector at his disposal, Megatron invites the Cybertrons to what could be their last battle.
Megatron tries to lead Convoy into a trap whil the kids believe the Destron-aligned Microns want to defect.
The children and their transforming partners are sucked into a digital world of Double Face's creation, where they meet a truly frightening harbinger of Chaos.
A new figure emerges, throwing the balance of power among the Destrons out of whack.
With Convoy in the repair bay, Jetfire is the Cybertrons' best hope against the Destrons.
The Destrons become suspicious of Double Face
Destron reinforcements arrive, and the hunt is on for a new weapon.
With the Cybertrons losing badly, the kids search for the Microns needed for the Astro Blaster
The children try to help the Space Micron Team escape from the Destrons and the Cybertrons by running away.

The Cybertrons arrive on Planet Seibertron to find that Megatron has already conquered it, but a larger evil still approaches.
Hot Rod goes on a solo mission to convince Megatron that the Cybertron and Destron armies shoudl unite to fight Unicron
The Cybertrons and Destrons hunt for Thrust leads to the revelation of the truth behind the Microns.
Starscream, Hot Rod, and the rest continue their pursuit of Thrust, arriving at a portal to a strange organic area. The rest of the Cybertrons gather to fight Unicron.
Starscream prepares to do whatever it takes to convince Megatron the threat of Unicron is real.
Starscream's sacrifice spurs the Cybertrons and Destrons to join forces against Unicron. However, Unicron begins to awaken.
As Unicron stands ready to attack Planet Seibertron, the combined Cybertron/Destron army fights back. Megatron takes time to deal with the issue of Thrust's betrayal of the rest of his species.
After the children discover the Microns were cast in the name of Unicron, the Transformers learn the origin of Unicron.
Convoy and Megatron wage their final battle, while the rest of the Transformers deal with Unicron.
