The Cul de Sac
A group of teenagers wake up to a world where the adults have mysteriously disappeared and all technology has ceased to function.
It is a year since Rose, Eliza and Tom arrived at the farm. Jen has lost her battle with the Rage and Tom is still struggling to come to terms with her death.
Rose is forced to leave the farm and go in search of Tom and Caine who have set out to find a cure for the Rage. Meanwhile, Eliza discovers Ben is not all that he appears to be.
While travelling back to the farm, Tom and Eliza meet up with the real Ben and his sidekick Hunter, who lead a resistance army committed to defeating the Reapers.
Rose, Tom, Ben and Hunter track Eliza back to the city and hatch a plan to rescue her from the Reaper Fortress.
Rose is brought before the Dark Queen who tells her the truth about her father’s plan.
Rose finds herself alone in a grey world where time doesn't exist.
Pursued by Reapers, Rose, Eliza and Tom stumble across Haven, a Utopian settlement where children live an idyllic life. Rose soon begins to suspect not all is as it seems.
Rose sets out to find Eliza after she goes missing and discovers the dreadful truth about Haven and its young inhabitants.
Rose is separated from her group after they encounter a Reaper hunting party. Meanwhile in the city, a streetwise skater named Willa comes across an actual living adult.
Rose and her small group are forced to hide in an abandoned hospital while a large marauding gang of Hunters move through the area. However, Eliza begins to suspect the hospital is haunted.
Rose and Eliza hatch a plan. Doni continues to search for Michael.
Michael is brought before Doni. Meanwhile, Rose and the others are brought into the city and put to work.
