Hildy has to act more like a mom than a sheriff when Kenny lies to her, and Max, who is plotting a trap for Hildy with some chimpanzees, also gets caught in a lie.

Hildy has run out of patience with Max's antics and suspends him from the force. But when Max takes a temporary job at a trendy beauty salon, he is so popular with the customers that he announces he is quitting police work for good.
