Four women will have to deal with the problems of their daily lives, while trying to hide a dark secret that will make their whole world reel.
The entire neighborhood is still shocked by the tragic death of Juani. While the police decide to close the case after arresting her assistant, Virginia investigates on her own trying to find Ramón's whereabouts, convinced that he is still alive and thirsty for revenge and whom she blames for the bloody murder.
The girls follow the trail of the old manager of Ahorra Plus, an investigation that leads them directly to the wolf's mouth: the house of Cándida, Ramón's mother, an octogenarian woman, apparently charming and somewhat senile who hides a dark secret and ends up endangered our protagonists in order to protect their offspring.
After the terrible events that have occurred in recent weeks, Mayte urges the girls to leave behind their work as neighborhood vigilantes and put an end to their life of crime. Her priority now is to focus on her work at the head of the women's association and help people within the framework of legality.

The underground muffin smuggling business puts Asun and Remedios on the ropes after a culinary accident sets their caravan on fire with all their merchandise. For this reason, Olivia, her new boss, decides to lock them up in a dark underground den and force them to work in subhuman conditions until they pay off their debt.
In the next 48 hours, something will happen in the lives of each of the heroines that will make them rethink their life outside the law. Mayte will travel to town to watch over the body of her late father. Lourdes will live a tough confrontation with Yoli. Virginia remains in the hospital with her daughter. And, Amparo will try to elucidate who is that disturbing neighbor with whom she has been talking for weeks.
While the girls try to hide Belinda kidnapped in the association's basement, Déborah (Begoña's daughter) suddenly shows up with the intention of expropriating the premises, since they forgot to renew the license by not presenting the famous form 87 to the Administration. -B. Carlos del Hoyo and Abril Zamora's comedy returns providing thirteen episodes that vindicate sisterhood and justice in the Madrid neighborhood of Carabanchel.
Mayte, Lourdes, Virginia and Amparo are four women residing in the Madrid district of Carabanchel who will be overwhelmed when they accidentally end the life of Elvira, a repellent mother who is an expert in annoying their existence during meetings of the Association of Mothers and Parents of Students (AMPA) of the school. Unable to confess the facts, they end up involuntarily generating a spiral of violence that will turn them into dangerous gangsters facing real criminals.
Elvira's death has more consequences than the protagonists had contemplated: Asun, the neighbor of Lourdes and Amparo, has witnessed the event and intends to blackmail them; Anabel, the best friend of the former president of the AMPA, does not stop investigating on her own; and Pedro, the widowed husband, maintains a very suspicious attitude. Mayte, Lourdes, Amparo and Virginia will face new setbacks as they try to rob Asun of the recording that could give them away, in the second installment of 'Señoras del (h) AMPA', which Telecinco will offer tomorrow, Wednesday in prime time. Scared at the possibility of ending up in jail and, taking advantage of a cataract operation that will keep Doña Concha away from her daughter for a few days, they infiltrate Asun's house to get rid of all the incriminating evidence. However, nothing will turn out as planned.
Where is Elvira's body? This is the question that the protagonists will ask themselves when they discover that the body has disappeared from the place where they had buried it, in the chapter of 'Ladies of (h) AMPA' that Telecinco will broadcast tomorrow, Wednesday, at 11:40 p.m. In this episode, Mayte, Lourdes, Amparo and Virginia return to the farm where Elvira was buried to move the body and prevent the police from locating it. However, they discover with concern that the body has disappeared. As if this were not enough, they find one more surprise: Remedios, Lourdes's mother-in-law (a character played by the actress Carmen Balagué), is spending a season on the farm, which will make the search tasks even more complicated. On the other hand, Curro, the handsome Physical Education teacher at the school, invites Mayte to dinner. However, what seemed like a romantic date ends up becoming a very uncomfortable situation for her.
Carmona will infiltrate the convention posing as a senior official in the company with a single objective: to try to finish off Mayte. But this will not be the only unforeseen event that will arise at the event, which will feature Ivonne Reyes as the presenter and image of the brand. Mayte and Begoña will also be forced to deal with a group of young promoters capable of anything in order to win the award for 'Turbo Saleswoman of the Year'. At the same time, in the neighborhood, Amparo, Lourdes and Virginia will have to face constant threats from the Carmona gang, which is not willing to lose the money they agreed with Pedro for the murder of Elvira.

Several women attend the clandestine game, including two players played by Lucía Etxebarría and Yola Berrocal. Luck will start smiling at Amparo, but things will not be as easy as they thought.
At her husband's residence, Amparo has a revealing conversation with Gustavo, a former professional thief. Influenced by their stories, she proposes to Mayte and Virginia to rob a bingo hall to get the money for Lourdes's ransom. Vicente, for his part, wonders the reason for his wife's sudden departure, while Lourdes develops a special complicity with Mariano while she remains kidnapped. Mayte appears with Goyo at the 'Olympics against obesity' held at the Gloria Fuertes school, whose prize consists of the celebration of the winning boy's communion in the Happylandia classrooms. However, nothing will go as planned, since Carmona has hatched a plan to teach the girls a lesson for interfering in their work and has made Mayte's children a target of the gang. Arturo, for his part, continues to investigate Elvira's disappearance on his own, which will bring him problems with his superiors. They have done their best to try to preserve their secret, but there is someone who has closely watched their movements and has managed to tie all the dots: Arturo. In this chapter, Mayte is finalizing the preparations for the celebration of Goyo's communion in Happylandia when she receives a visit from Arturo, who has information about Elvira's death. As if this were not enough, Carmona, fed up with all the problems that the girls have caused her, sends her henchmen to the event. Manoli, for his part, feels out of place with Gregorio's family and suffers a fit of jealousy when he sees how his partner's feelings for Mayte continue to be perceptible to everyone.
The shooting perpetrated by the hitmen hired by Carmona to stain Mayte's son's communion with blood has left a chaotic panorama with several fatalities. On the other hand, Juani and the rest of the mothers of the AMPA are very concerned about the sudden wave of crimes that shakes the neighborhood, so they decide to start taking justice into their own hands. In addition, Asun will announce that it has opened its own "aesthetic center" and Carmona will take the opportunity to offer you a suggestive job offer.
Carmona will stop persecuting the 'Ladies of (h) AMPA', but has set a condition in return: they will have to work for her. Carmona entrusts the girls with their first mission: they will have to infiltrate the premises of a dangerous gang of gangsters to rescue Juanjo, one of their most valuable 'belongings'. This group of criminals, a rival to the Carmona gang, is led by Lagarto, a despotic and violent criminal who is dedicated to organizing clandestine wrestling matches between women. Asun, for her part, distributes various weapons among the ContraAmpa mothers, who are willing to face all threats led by Juani.
Alfonso wakes up from his coma remembering absolutely all the information that his wife has been telling him, from Elvira's death to the bingo robbery, so he threatens to go to the police. Amparo, desperate, tries to locate the girls, but they remain angry and willing to never speak to each other again. Mayte, for her part, is overwhelmed by events and locks herself in her home under Begoña's attentive care. Virginia doesn't have it easy either: unable to forgive Carlos's infidelity, she is forced to beg Ramón to hire her again at the supermarket. Meanwhile, Lourdes and Vicente desperately search for the place where Remedios hid Elvira's body to try to find it before Inspector Ramos locates it.
Inspector Ramos interrogates all the mothers and teachers of the Gloria Fuertes school, trying to discover those responsible for Elvira's death. In addition, Berto, Chivo and Andrés, worried about the excessive trust that Carmona is placing in the girls, decide to trick them into not fulfilling one of their mandates. Begoña, for her part, tries to settle her outstanding accounts in the last days of her life.
Begoña's confession proclaiming herself the author of Elvira's crime seemed to have ended all the problems of the 'Ladies of (h) AMPA'. However, there is still another front with which they will be forced to fight: Carmona and her henchmen, who will seriously endanger a person from Mayte's environment to force the girls to continue working for their gang.
