Noddy's Toyland Adventures
Noddy's Toyland Adventures was a children's television programme that was broadcast from September 1992 until December 1994 and again from 1999 to 2001 on the BBC. It was produced by Cosgrove Hall Films and was produced and shown in stop-motion animation. It follows the adventures of Noddy a little wooden doll who lives in Toyland with his red and yellow taxi often trying to make sixpence or getting himself in trouble. His best friends Big Ears, Mr Plod and Tessie Bear are always ready to lend a hand, especially when he gets tricked by Gobbo and Sly the wicked Goblins. Whatever the situation the episode mostly ends with Noddy laughing and nodding his head which makes the bell on his hat ring.
Noddy decides to buy himself a watch at Dinah Doll's stall, but on his way home, he is stopped by the mischievous Martha Monkey, who forces Noddy to drive to Stoney Bridge. Noddy does so and at 12:00, the entire world of Toyland, except for Noddy, is turned into lifeless statues!
Noddy is driving to the train station to collect a precious parcel for Miss Pink Cat, but the Goblins steal it before Noddy arrives. Can Big Ears and Noddy catch the Goblins and return the precious parcel to Miss Pink Cat?
Miss Pink Cat is organising a Top Toy Award in Toyland. When Noddy borrows a map from Mr. Tubby Bear and discovers it leads to hidden treasure, he finds himself with a surprise entry.
The Goblins want to get their hands on a magic singing bush. They put a spell on Noddy, but everyone comes to help and the Goblins are sent packing.
Noddy and Bert Monkey decide to make some money by picking as many blackberries as they can. But as soon as they fill their baskets, the Goblins steal them! What will Noddy do when he finds the Goblins?
Master Tubby Bear is given a new drum on his birthday, but when the Goblins cast a Can't Stop spell on him and he can't stop playing it, the noise starts to drive everyone mad!
Miss Pink Cat has offered a reward for rubbish collection, and Noddy is determined to win! However, he also has to collect Mr. Spark's car from the stream. Can he manage to tidy Toyland in time to collect the reward?
The Goblins are up to mischief again! They secretly swap Bumpy Dog's brand new birthday ball for their magic one, which whizzes around Toyland creating havoc and making noises. However, good old Big Ears soon comes to the rescue...
Noddy is very busy – he must earn enough sixpences to buy a beautiful scarf for Tessie Bear, and keep his promise to Mr and Mrs Noah. But will Noddy remember the important job he was supposed to do? And why are there strange, muddy footprints all over Toytown?
Bert Monkey's naughty tail knocks over Mr Tubby Bear's can of paint. Noddy thinks he is helping Bert by pretending that an imp knocked the paint over. But telling stories usually leads to more trouble.
Everyone goes painting crazy, except for Dinah Doll. No one wants to buy from her stall anymore, so she decides to leave Toyland - unless Noddy and Big Ears can persuade her to stay.
Big Ears and Noddy decide to have a tin-can day to frighten away the Goblins. But the Goblins have got other ideas and nothing goes to plan.
Noddy needs to earn some sixpences quickly. Tessie Bear has a good idea but Noddy isn't too sure. The ‘good idea’ is letting Clockwork Mouse drive Noddy's car!
Noddy enters the Toyland fishing contest and catches more than anybody expected.
Noddy delivers long scarves to Noah's Ark but the giraffes refuse to wear them. The next day, there are a series of mischief in Toyland.
Big Ears coaches Noddy for Sports Day in Toyland.
The goblins put Noddy's car under a spell to get Big Ears to tell them the location of the Golden tree.
Noddy is upset with his car as it is malfunctioning and he misses out on multiple fares. As a result, Noddy's car runs away.
Noddy has an afternoon off that he spends doing favours for everyone so he can give Tubby bear a big red juicy apple.
Noddy buys some magic spells from Sammy the Sailor and accidentally ends up spilling them on the Toyland folks.
Big Ears and Noddy trick the goblins into admitting that they were stealing the money that Noddy wanted to use to help his friends.
After Master Tubby's prank, Noddy is left without clean pants and borrows Big Ear's trousers for Mrs. Noah's picnic
Noddy's alarm clock is broken and he needs to help out with Diana doll's charity sale. How will Noddy wake up now?
Noddy wants to buy a parasol that he has seen at Dinah Doll's stall. To earn the money, he helps Clockwork Clown and Sammy Sailor and even opens a cleaning stall in the market. Will he earn enough money before the parasol is sold?
Noddy wants to earn two sixpences so he can enter the Toytown Cake Tasting Contest, so he's delighted when Sally Skittle asks him to look after her children. But it's very tiring work, even with the help of Martha Monkey and her dressing up box!
It's the evening of the Toytown Dancing Competition, and Tessie Bear has asked Noddy to be her partner. The only trouble is, he doesn't know how to dance - can he learn in time?
Father Christmas is coming to Toyland, and he's invited all the toys to a special Christmas party in the market square. But the trouble is, Sly and Gobbo the Goblins are threatening to spoil everything.
Noddy and Big Ears have their hats switched and Noddy loses Big Ears' hat.
Noddy gets a rope from Mr. Tubby and uses it to run various errands in the day for Mr. Jumbo and others.
Noddy loses his bell due to Martha monkey's tail which Bumpy finds in a puddle and wears it on its collar.
Big Ears is sad that his tyre burst and Noddy promises him a surprise by 3 o'clock to cheer him up.
Noddy goes shopping since Big Ears is sick. But he gets confused about the list and runs into some adventures!
Noddy borrows Big Ears' umbrella to drop Tessie Bear home. He refuses to leave the umbrella out of sight because Big Ears threatens to take his bell away otherwise.
Noddy decides to help Mr. & Mrs. Straw by taking their hens to the market. Mr. Sparks gets a fire engine and helps Noddy get his car out of the farm pond and other errands with the hens.
Noddy leaves his car at the garage and wants to be useful to people. Mrs. Tubby has errands that Noddy runs for her with some adventures.
Noddy finds a furry tail in his car one morning and tries it on. Everybody finds it amusing as he goes around the town flaunting it and finding the person whose tail it is.
The toy town folks complain that Noddy and his car played tricks on them during the night because they heard the car go "Harp! Harp!" However, Noddy along with Tessie bear and Big Ears set up a trap to catch the thief.
Noddy and Tessie Bear are surprised to see the moon in the pond and believe that it is a magical phenomenon of the night. But Big Ears clears this misconception.
Master Tubby runs away from home after being scolded by his parents. Noddy, Big Ears, Mr. Plod and Mr. Sparks form a search party and go to the forest to look for Master Tubby.
Noddy has a bunch of errands to run during the day but all of them become problems to solve.
Noddy begins to look for the milkman's watch for sixpence in return but ends up losing sixpence from his customers until Big Ears helps him.
The Goblins steal Noddy's car and hat, and Big Ears and Mr. Plod help Noddy catch the goblins.
Noddy sets out with Martha Monkey to find her magic rubber but Martha Monkey's tail is being naughty.
Noddy is sad because the heavy rainfall and Big Ears' umbrella. Instead, the Train Man makes him a porter for a day.
Noddy lets Master Tubby wash his car, who ends up putting gingerbeer in the car instead of petrol. Since Noddy has to give his car for repair to Mr. Sparks, he runs the errands of the day on Big Ears' bicycle, with the help of Martha Monkey.
Noddy and Tessie bear go to have a picnic and fly Noddy's kite on a windy day and instead end up losing eggs and the milk churn the kite was tied to.
Noddy makes a new friend, Bunkey, who was thrown out from a circus caravan. But Bunkey ends up stealing things to help Noddy and his friends.
There has been a burglary at Mrs. Skitte's larder and Noddy is accused because she had heard some jingling in the night. Now, everyone in Toyland is avoiding Noddy while Big Ears and Tessie Bear helps him solve the mystery.
Noddy looks after Bumpy Dog while Tessie Bear goes to visit her aunt. The milkman has to go out of town and Noddy promises to deliver his milk but Bumpy dog becomes a niusance.
While Mr. Plod recovers from an accident, Big Ears and Noddy are left in charge of keeping law and order in Toytown.
Big Ears gets injured in an accident and also gets his bike broken. Noddy runs errands to help him buy a new bike.
As everyone goes to the seaside on a hot day, Noddy and Big Ears have an adventure all because of a magic Goblin's key that clockwork mouse gives them.
Noddy decides to deliver some parcels to earn some money to buy BIg Ears a present for his birthday.
