Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi (Some Colors Of Love Are Like This Too) is an Indian romantic drama television series. The show explores work in progress relationship of Dev and Sonakshi. Dev is a successful business tycoon who lives with his mother Ishwari and three sisters. Dev was only eight years old when he lost his father. His mother Ishwari had to make a lot of sacrifices for the upbringing of her children. Dev owes everything to his mother and has a feeling of indebtedness and complete devotion for her. Sonakshi is a young and vibrant nutritionist who is hired by Dev to take care of Ishwari’s health. Sparks fly between Dev and Sonakshi and they fall in love. When Ishwari comes to know about their relationship she is heartbroken as she fears that she will be replaced by Sonakshi in Dev’s life.When Dev realizes that his mother does not approve of this relationship. He takes a practical decision and decides to part ways. But, can he truly let go?
Many years into their married life, Dev and Sonakshi feel that the love they once had, is slowly fading. Can they rekindle their relationship?
Dev finds out that Ayush is his real son and that Suhana is not his daughter. Will he be able to tell Sonakshi the truth?
Sonakshi breaks down after learning the truth from Dev. Both of them decide to visit Ayush at his house.
Dev arrives at Ayush's home and takes him along with him. But will Ayush accept this new reality?
Ayush is welcomed into the new house by Dev and Sonakshi. However, Suhana is feeling left out because of all the special treatment Ayush is getting.
Mama and Mami return and suggest Dev to get Ayush's DNA test done. Mr Sharma calls up Dev as he wants to meet Suhana once.
Sonakshi and Ishwari end up having an argument over Ayush. Later, Dev informs Sonakshi about Mr Sharma's request of meeting Suhana.
Ishwari wants Sonakshi to talk to Suhana and make her understand the current situation. Meanwhile, Dev agrees to Mr and Mrs Sharma's request and they come to meet Suhana.
Dev and Sonakshi were about to leave for Mr Sharma's, but Ishwari holds a pooja for Ayush at home and urges them to attend.
Suhana gets upset when Ayush breaks her favourite mug. Sonakshi tries to open up in front of Dev, but will he understand her feelings?
Sonakshi's father comes to meet Ayush for the first time. However, his presence only complicates things between Sonakshi and Dev.
Sonakshi notices that Ayush is feeling discomfort at home and decides to help him. Meanwhile, Dev wants to meet Mr and Mrs Sharma to ask for Ayush's legal custody.
While playing hide and seek, Golu and Suhana play a prank on Ayush and lock him inside a dark room. Meanwhile, Ayush's grandparents are taken aback by Dev's request and ask for more time to think. What will be their decision?
To bond with Ayush, Sonakshi gets an idea and includes him in preparing pizza. Ishwari plans to send Suhana away for a bit to let Sonakshi bond with Ayush.
Dev calls Sonakshi for a date, but he gets caught up at the office and can't make it in time. Dev wants to admit Ayush to the same school as Suhana, but his plea gets rejected.
Sonakshi finds out that Ishwari deliberately sent Suhana away and decides to confront her.
Ishwari decides to consult a pundit for the family's wellbeing. Sonakshi and Dev are once again cross with each other after they argue over Ishwari's actions.
Fearing the name change, Ayush runs away from the house while everyone is sleeping. Will Dev and Sonakshi be able to find him?
Ayush safely returns to his grandparent's home. However, his grandfather is mad and refuses to send Ayush back with Dev. What will Dev and Sonakshi do now?

Sonakshi feels that her marriage is going through a rough patch, and they need to seek professional help. She starts considering the idea of marriage counselling after Jatin and Natasha suggest her the same thing.
Sonakshi's car breaks down in the rain, but Dev comes in time to help her. Meanwhile, Ayush is getting bullied at school, but he decides not to tell anyone about it.
Sonakshi decides to take the first step to mend her relationship with Dev. She prepares Dev's favourite breakfast to woo him. How will Dev respond to this loving gesture by his wife?
Ishwari and Sonakshi are upset after finding out that Dev is taking sleeping pills. Sonakshi and Dev mutually decide to work on their marriage and start consulting a therapist.
Taking care of an infant is no easy task, and Dev and Sonakhsi have found out just that. Dev and Sonakshi are unable to focus on their professional lives as Shubh demands much of their attention. When Sonakshi informs Dev that she has to leave for work, Dev disagrees. Even the family members opine that Sonakshi should rest for a few more weeks before resuming work.

Ishwari has got a burn on her hand while she was working in the Kitchen and it lands Dev in tension. However, the engagement of Dev's sister was fixed with Sameer, but Neha has kept few conditions before her fiance.
Dev has convinced Sameer to agree to the demands of Neha prior to her marriage with him. However, later in the episode, we will get to know that Sonakshi discovers that she has mistakenly taken someone's wallet.
Neha was complaining to Ishwari about her childhood days by pointing out that she was the only one who was neglected among her brother and sisters. However, Dev tries to explain to her that she should not speak in such a rude way to her mother.
It was Neha and Sameer's engagement and everything was carried out in a very smooth manner. But, during the party, Sameer's mother wanted to keep a proposal before Ishwari. She wanted Ishwari to accept the marriage proposal of Dev.
Ishwari has fallen ill and it has made Dev very tensed about it. Dev's family doctor has come to their house to check Ishwari's health. However, the doctor has asked Dev to meet him personally in the hospital.
Dev is in the hospital to meet Dr. Sinha to discuss his mother's health. Dr. Sinha refers to Ishwari's case to a renowned nutritionist Dr. Sonakshi. She prepares a diet chart for Ishwari.
Dev was trying to convince Dr. Sonakshi to work as his mother's personal nutritionist. Sonakshi was continuously denying his offer. She insisted that she has done her job pretty well.
Sonakshi is terminated from her job and the reason behind it was her unprofessional attitude towards her work. However, it was Dev who tried to convince Sonakshi to work as a personal nutritionist of his mother, but she denied doing that.
Dev has decided to meet Sonakshi at her house to thank her for everything which she has done for his mother. However, on the instructions of Dev to the board members of the hospital, Sonakshi was terminated from her job.
