Ripley Holden is opening up a casino in Laughlin, Nevada, while he is trying to keep his family together.
After the disastrous opening at the Viva leaves the public believing the casino is cursed, Ripley tries to entice a famous high-roller, Sweet Lenny, away from Nicky in order to pack people into his casino.
Ripley discovers that cheaters are stealing from the Viva and decides to take matters into his own hands by hiring better security guards to catch the culprits: make an example of them and prevent others from doing the same.
