Good Grief
Good Grief is a 1990 Fox television sitcom that aired for one season of 13 episodes. The show was about a funeral home called 'The Sincerity Mortuary' in Dacron, Ohio run by strait-laced Warren Pepper, his sister Debbie, and her flamboyant husband Ernie Lapidus, who was determined to "put the 'fun' back in 'funeral.'" Tom Poston and Sheldon Feldner played assistants Ringo Prowley and Raoul, respectively.
Ernie could be arrested when the Maserati he buried a woman in, then dug up for himself, turns out to be stolen.
Ernie heeds a male client's final wish to be buried in a dress.
Ernie helps a rock star fake his death, and inadvertently buries him alive.
Raoul mistakenly cremates the late mayor.
In order to give a lonely old drunk a festive send-off, Ernie cons a lodge into thinking he was a member.
