De Lama's
De Lama's is a Dutch television show made by BNN and first aired on 26 June 2004. It is an adaptation of the Channel 4 show Whose Line is it Anyway?. Patrick Lodiers hosts the show, which contains both well-known and more obscure elements of theatresports. The most important of these is improvisation. De Lama's consist of the following comedians: Ruben Nicolai, Tijl Beckand, Ruben van der Meer and Jeroen van Koningsbrugge. Jandino Asporaat, Ad-Just Bouwman, Sara Kroos, Arie Koomen, Kristel Zweers and Martijn Oosterhuis are ex-Lama's. Other than in the British and American series, every episode of De Lama's features a Guest Llama, a well-known Dutch person who offers suggestions for games and always joins the regulars for one or two games at the end. At the end of 2006, regulars Sara Kroos and Arie Koomen left the show, leaving it with only three regular performers. To help alleviate this problem, broadcaster BNN organised a televised competition, Lama Gezocht, in order to find a new performer to round out the team. Ad-Just Bouwman eventually won this competition, and joined the Llamas. He, however, is no longer part of the troupe, reportedly because his artistic style didn't fit in with the other Llamas. Another recently 'llamafied' performer, Jandino Asporaat, left at around the same time to focus on his own theatre production, although rumour has it that his style clashed with the remaining three members as well. Jeroen van Koningsbrugge is the only new member to remain with the Llamas until the end.

De Lama's is het doldwaze improvisatie-comedy format gebaseerd op de succesvolle Channel 4-serie 'Who's line is it anyway', van de makers van 'Dit was het nieuws'. Niets staat vast, alles is geïmproviseerd! Het programma is een combinatie van bekende en minder bekende theatersportgames en een flinke dosis comedy.
De Lama's spugen erop los! is de titel van de nieuwste dvd van het populaire BNN theatersportprogramma De Lama's. Een prettig gestoord schijfje met de allerbeste fragmenten van het nieuwe seizoen, de meest hilarische hoogtepunten van eerdere afleveringen en heel veel bonusmateriaal, waaronder het optreden van De Lama's op Lowlands 2005. Natuurlijk ontbreken klassiekers als De Doventolk, Alleen maar vragen, De Datingshow en de meest legendarische gastoptredens niet.
Arie Koomen, Ruben van der Meer, Tijl Beckand, Ruben Nicolai, Sara Kroos en Patrick Lodiers voeren je met Verboden te Lachen! mee naar de diepste krochten van hun Lamabestaan. Het resultaat is improvisatiecomedy waarin wordt gespuugd, geschreeuwd, geblaft en gescheten. Maar De Lama's bijten niet...Verboden te Lachen! staat vol met grote dikke klodders nooit eerder vertoonde beelden, bonusmateriaal en de hilarische hoogtepunten van seizoen 2006.
Als je tegenwoordig het woord De Lama's laat vallen, weet iedereen wel waar je het over hebt - en dan denken ze niet aan de spugende, ruwharige, vierpotige dierentuindieren. Nee, iedereen weet dat je het dan hebt over de immens populaire BNN-jongens Tijl Beckand, Ruben Nicolai, Ruben van der Meer en Jeroen van Koningsbrugge onder leiding van presentator Patrick Lodiers. Al enkele jaren zijn zij het paradepaardje van de zender en naast de uitzendingen op televisie komen er regelmatig dvd's uit. Zo ook nu weer: De Allerslechtste Aller Tijden is de nieuwste aanvulling op de collectie Lama-dvd's; vernoemd naar één van de bekende 'spellen' uit het populaire programma.
Deze dvd was alleen als cadeau bij lidmaatschap van BNN te verkrijgen. Nooit in de vrije verkoop geweest.
