As Noah decides to do a heart transplant for Nour, he takes care of the costs of the operation. Ghaith tells Yasmine that Noah was the one who killed their son. Laila has an accident.

Fayez tells Ghaith that his son Sami is alive. Dr. Firas gets a heart to transplant it into Noura. Laila's condition stabilizes after her accident. As Noura disappears, she leaves behind blood on her hospital bed.

Noah learns that Noura was kidnapped and is alive. Yasmine confirms that Noah has hidden her son Sami. It's revealed that Noura was kidnapped by Fayez.

Fayez's men kill Noura by mistake. Yasmine learns about Noah's work and that he has her son.

As Noah receives Noura's body in the trunk of a car, he decides to find out the owner of the car. Noah puts Noura's body in Zafer's house to frame him for the crime. Sama files a report against Eissa without informing Noah.

Fayez decides to attack Noah through his employees, and orders his men to kill Nader. Yasmine reproaches Fayez after what he did.

Noah decides to take revenge on Eissa. Fayez begins to pressure Yasmine to cooperate with him against Noah, who receives from Judge Murad a dangerous file about a global mafia.

Noah sends Eissa a threatening message. Ghaith tells Noah about Fayez forcing him to work with him. Yasmine learns about her pregnancy. Noah hands over to officer Mazen a file on organ traffickers for investigation.

As Noah learns about Yasmine’s cooperation with Fayez, she puts a listening device on Noah after Fayez threatens her. Noah finds out about Yasmine’s pregnancy.
